We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Assistant Manager with a good understanding of the branded restaurant business, importance of a strong food and service culture but most importantly, passionate about hospitality. This role is key in ensuring the team to deliver fantastic service and meal experience to our guests as well as to achieve the required levels of sales turnover and profit.
The main responsibilities are to lead, motivate and develop team to help us achieve our mission 'To Become Britain's Best Restaurant Business' by consistently delivering the Bella Italia experience for our customers in terms of standard of service, quality and safety.
